Returns

You have a 30-day period from the receipt of your purchase to initiate a return. The items must be in their original condition and returned in their original packaging. The request for refund or exchange will be processed after the warehouse confirms receipt and processing of the returned item.

Received damaged goods? In case of defective goods, we offer assistance with a free replacement without the need for a return. Please contact us at info@avifly.com with your order number for a Warranty claim. Upon receipt of your form, we will arrange for a free replacement.

How to return an item

1. Request a refund or exchange by contacting us at info@martiers.com
2. Receive an email with detailed instructions for returning your item(s) based on your location.
3. Safely package the relevant item(s) and send them back to us following the provided instructions.
4. Once we receive your return shipment, processing will occur within 7 business days.

Exchanges Exchanging your purchase for another item is free of charge. Visit our Exchange page to request an exchange.

• If you exchange for an item of higher value, additional charges will apply to cover the price difference.
• If you opt for a product of lower value, we will refund the price difference.
